Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified, courteous, and well-organized Corporate Receptionist to manage the front desk at the GVR Foods Corporate Office.




The Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, coordinating meetings and visitors, managing courier and mail activities, and providing day-to-day administrative support to the corporate office.
The role will work closely with HR, Administration, Operations, and other corporate functions and will report to the designated reporting authority.

Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Reception
• Greet and welcome visitors, guests, candidates, vendors, and business partners in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage visitor registration and coordinate visitor access with the concerned department.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication with the concerned employee.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Provide general information and direct visitor
