Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships across audit, tax, and advisory engagements. This role includes coordinating client onboarding, gathering financial and compliance information, and ensuring timely completion of statutory, tax, and GST-related assignments.



The Account Manager will track engagement progress, prepare status reports, and work closely with partners and teams to address client queries and resolve issues. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve reviewing deliverables for accuracy, supporting documentation for filings and representations, and identifying opportunities to cross-serve firm offerings such as Virtual CFO and management consultancy services. The role requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and consistent follow-up to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and serve as a primary point of contact.
