About the Role
Ideamint is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who can transform ideas into engaging visual content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, video editing, motion graphics, and digital-first content creation.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit engaging videos for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and brand films.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and visual effects.
• Produce Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos.
• Handle colour correction, sound design, audio synchronisation, and post-production.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and social media teams to execute campaign concepts.
• Adapt videos for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
• Ensure high-quality output while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Stay updated with editing trends, AI tools,



and emerging creative technologies.

Required Skills
• Adobe Premiere Pro – Advanced proficiency.
• Adobe After Effects – Robust motion graphics and animation skills.
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator – Working knowledge.
• DaVinci Resolve – Added advantage.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, and composition.
• Knowledge of colour grading, sound design, and video export formats.
• Experience creating social media content and digital advertising creatives.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a creative or advertising agency.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into impactful visual content.
• Comfortable handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Updated portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing and motion graphics skills.
