Job Description:
■ Take ownership of sub-project work packages within the fields of Vehicle Thermal Management, Refrigerant Systems, and/or Climate Control & Thermal Comfort for Germany based customer
■ Serve as the primary technical contact for the customer regarding all engineering and project-related matters within the assigned sub-project
■ Independently coordinate and actively steer project scope and systems engineering activities with internal departments, suppliers, planners, and external partners
■ Manage, monitor, and ensure the implementation of engineering changes and corrective actions
■ Ensure the quality of deliverables while maintaining compliance with cross-project part-sharing and standardization strategies
■ Take responsibility for release documentation and actively support project schedule and cost tracking




■ Document development progress and present project results and technical findings to customers and stakeholders

Requirements:
■ Fluent English language skill. Knowledge of German language is advantageous
■ Excellent knowledge of CATIA V5 and robust expertise in automotive product development are considered advantageous
■ Technical background in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; university degree preferred
■ Experience with project and customer-related engineering tools; previous leadership or coordination experience is desirable
■ Independent, proactive, and results-oriented working style
■ Strong communication skills, solution-oriented mindset, and a high level of ownership and accountability
