We’re looking for a high-ownership Ops & Implementation Lead (EdTech) to drive onboarding and implementation for new university accounts at SpaceBasic. You’ll be the bridge between Sales, Product, and our customers—ensuring our platform is deployed on time and delivers value from day one.

What You'll Do
• The full customer journey after signing: deployment, go-live,



adoption and renewal
• Our Customer Success and Account Management teams
• Customer satisfaction and retention across all institutional customers
• Executive relationships with customer leadership, representing SpaceBasic in key meetings
• Playbooks, metrics and systems that keep delivery consistent as we scale
• Collaboration with Sales, Product and Engineering, reporting directly to the founders

Who You Are
• 10+ years in customer operations, implementation, success or account management at a SaaS or technology company
• 5+ years leading teams of 10 or more, ideally through managers
• Robust experience in higher education or K-12, or a process-driven industry
• A track record of owning renewals, retention and customer satisfaction at scale
• Proven ability to build processes and systems from scratch
• Credibility with senior customer stakeholders, including vice chancellors, registrars and dir
