About BetterWay
BetterWay is a full-stack chronic care platform rooted in Ayurveda. We own the patient journey end to end, from diagnosis and panchakarma to medicines and diet counselling, and we make it transparent and tech-enabled for urban patients. We’re backed by 468 Capital and angels from Lenskart, Urban Company, Cars24 and CRED, and we’re building toward treating 5 lakh patients a year.

What you’ll do
• Run day-to-day operations at our Ayurvedic day-care centres, working with centre teams and 3rd party vendors
• Manage inventory across centre pharmacies and the central warehouse, and make sure medicines are always available
• Coordinate medicine delivery to patients’ homes and manage logistics partners
• Help train paramedics, security and housekeeping staff on SOPs and processes
• Track and report on medicine availability, expiry and slow-moving stock, and facility uptime

• A natural multitasker who enjoys firefighting and solving real problems
• Street-smart, proactive and open to feedback
• Happy to spend most of your time at our centres, with regular time at HQ
• Someone who takes ownership of the patient and caregiver experience
