We are a B2B demand generation agency. We run outbound campaigns, Google Ads, AEO/GEO and LinkedIn authority building for clients in the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East, Singapore and India. What we sell is qualified meetings with decision makers. Activity that does not lead to a meeting is not the job.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Build target lists and find companies worth talking to
• Run outreach over calls, email and LinkedIn, and handle every reply that comes back from our outbound campaigns
• Qualify leads and move them into the pipeline
• Take discovery and sales calls, work out what the prospect actually needs, and close
• Write and send proposals, including scope and pricing
• Follow up properly. Deals here close on the fourth or fifth touch, not the first
• Keep the CRM clean and the pipeline accurate at all times
• Plan your own quarter: targets, channel mix, and what changes if you are behind
• Report numbers every week. Conversations started, meetings booked, proposals sent, deals closed

Who we are looking for
• Experience at a digital or marketing agency is preferred. You will be selling to founders and marketing heads, so knowing how agencies work is a real advantage
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and digital marketing. You do not need to run campaigns, but you need to hold a conversation about them without bluffing
• Clean written English. Most of this job is emails and LinkedIn messages that have to get read and answered
• Comfortable on the phone with people more senior than you
• Organised about follow ups. If you lose track of a deal, it is lost
• Freshers are welcome if you can show you have sold something, built a LinkedIn presence, or run a side project

Positive to have
• Experience selling to international clients, or working UK or US hours
• Hands on with a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho)
