Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for managing relationships with key distributors, retailers, and institutional customers. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining regular communication with clients, understanding their product requirements, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely delivery in partnership with internal operations and production teams. The role involves monitoring account performance, handling inquiries and issue resolution,



and identifying opportunities to increase sales of fans, torch lights, and home appliances. The Account Manager will prepare sales reports, track market trends, support pricing and promotional activities, and collaborate with marketing to implement customer-focused initiatives. This position also requires regular field visits and participation in product presentations or meetings to strengthen long-term partnerships.
