About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Medical Sales Representative to expand our presence in Ludhiana by building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare referral partners.

Responsibilities

Medical Sales & Business Development
• Generate new business opportunities for Curagers Home Healthcare through regular field visits and direct outreach.
• Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and other potential referral partners to promote our home healthcare services.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources.
• Identify prospective customers and referral partners to increase patient acquisition and service utilization.




• Achieve assigned business development and lead generation targets.

Daily Field Visits & Lead Generation
• Plan and execute a structured schedule of daily market visits focused on business generation.
• Conduct regular meetings with doctors, healthcare professionals, and prospective referral partners.
• Identify local market opportunities and recommend strategies to improve business penetration.
• Maintain records of daily visits, leads generated, meetings conducted, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients and referral partners to convert leads into business.

Relationship & Referral Network Management
• Build and strengthen referral networks with hospitals, clinics, individual practitioners, senior care facilities, and community healthcare organizations.
• Educate referral partners about Curagers' home healthcare services and service capabilities.
