Role Description The Senior Technician is a full-time, in office role based in Patna. This role involves performing hands-on technical work on electricity distribution equipment and systems,



including installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of MV/LV network components. The Senior Technician supports live working activities, implements safety procedures, and ensures compliance with technical standards and company guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing faults, conducting preventive maintenance, documenting interventions, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams to improve network reliability. The role also includes mentoring junior technicians, participating in technical training initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement of field practices.
