Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
✅ Handle HR operations, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
✅ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
✅ Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and grievance handling
✅ Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
✅ Drive employee engagement and workforce development

Requirements:
? MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification
? Solid communication, leadership, and organizational skills
? Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management
? Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS tools
