Our Laravel Team Leads are the technical backbone of our engineering culture, driving delivery, mentoring talent, and ensuring architectural excellence across the stack.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and architect Laravel-based web applications and RESTful API services for high-traffic, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Design, code, review, and optimize MySQL database schemas and complex queries for performance, integrity, and scalability.
• Enforce REST API best practices—versioning, authentication, pagination, rate limiting, and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.
• Guide junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural walkthroughs while fostering clean,



testable code.
• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and automate Laravel apps via CI/CD pipelines.
• Champion engineering standards: PSR, SOLID, DRY, testing (PHPUnit), and logging/observability in production environments.
