KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, Directors, Counsellors, Faculty members and other education stakeholders.
• Conduct regular institution visits, student interactions, seminars and counselling sessions.
• Promote relevant UG and PG programmes and provide accurate information regarding admissions, eligibility and scholarships.
• Generate qualified enquiries and ensure timely follow-up from lead generation through application and admission.
• Support education fairs, admission drives,



career guidance programmes and local outreach campaigns.
• Gather competitor and market intelligence on courses, fees, scholarships, student preferences and market trends.
• Maintain accurate CRM and lead records and submit daily, weekly and monthly activity reports.
• Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing Teams for lead nurturing, campaigns and conversions.
• Represent the Prestige brand professionally and adhere to approved communication and brand guidelines.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification will be an added advantage.
• 1–4 years of experience in Admissions, Education Outreach, Business Development, Sales, Counselling or Field Marketing is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking, relationship-building and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented, self-driven and comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of the local/
