Job Requirements

• Perform hands-on development, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs and integrate Pega applications with external systems.
• Develop and maintain complex Pega applications using appropriate design patterns and reusable components.
• Participate in application design, technical discussions, code reviews, and solution walkthroughs.
• Identify technical challenges and provide effective solutions for complex application requirements.
• Collaborate with Pega Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support application deployment, production troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and Pega guardrails.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Pega developers and provide technical guidance. Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
• Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is mandatory.
• Robust experience working on complex enterprise Pega applications.




• Strong knowledge of Pega case management, workflows, data modeling, UI, decisioning, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Pega development, configuration, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture, application design, and best practices.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and third-party system integrations.
• Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with Pega performance optimization and application tuning.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical deliverables. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with recent versions of the Pega Platform.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications.
• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) and CSSA certifications.
