Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Brand: Karat Foundry (Rivya Jewelry Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Chandpole Bazar, Jaipur (in office)
Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 3 years in jewellery sales or marketing (mandatory)
Reports to: Founder
Travel: Exhibitions and client visits across India, as required
Compensation: To be confirmed: fixed salary plus sales incentives

ABOUT KARAT FOUNDRY

Karat Foundry is a Jaipur jewellery house built on polki set in 925 silver and on the craftsmanship of our own karigars. We come from a family with about 45 years in the silver trade.

We work on two sides under one name. Karat Foundry is the consumer brand, sold directly to customers and shown at luxury exhibitions. Karat Foundry Mfg. is the manufacturing side, supplying retailers, wholesalers and other jewellery brands.

The team is small and the brand is new, so this person will shape how Karat Foundry sells and how it is seen from the start.

THE ROLE

You will bring in and grow customers for Karat Foundry,



and keep the brand looking premium everywhere a customer meets it. The work is split roughly evenly between sales (B2B buyers and direct customers) and marketing (content, social media, exhibitions).

This suits someone who enjoys talking to customers, has an eye for presentation, and wants ownership in a growing brand instead of a narrow desk job.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales
- Find and approach new B2B buyers: jewellery retailers, wholesalers, boutiques and brands that need a manufacturing partner.
- Handle enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, the website and IndiaMART, and convert them into orders.
- Share catalogues, selections and estimates with clients, and follow up until the order closes.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the production team on design, timeline and delivery.
