Role Description This is a full-time Business Development Executive role based in Chennai, offered in a hybrid model with a mix of on-site work and work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and manage a qualified pipeline, and drive lead generation across enterprise and institutional segments. The role involves nurturing prospects, conducting discovery calls and product demos, coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals, and supporting negotiations to close deals. The individual will maintain ongoing account relationships, track performance metrics, and provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine positioning and go-to-market strategies. Regular market research, participation in industry events, and documentation of customer insights will be key parts of the day-to-day work.
