Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Intern for a 3-month, full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting our day-to-day HR operations. Exceptional performance during the internship may also open the door to a permanent role within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Handle employee benefits management and address related queries
• Participate in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening,



and scheduling interviews
• Manage and maintain employee records ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards
• Assist in coordinating training sessions and employee engagement activities
• Support other HR administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR practices and policies
• Strong understanding of employee benefits and personnel management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work well both in a team and independently
• Relevant coursework or degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
