Role Description The Sales Management Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing sales activities, supporting sales teams, and ensuring achievement of business targets across various life insurance product segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, tracking sales performance,



preparing reports, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction. The specialist will also support training initiatives for sales staff, assist in developing sales strategies and campaigns, and ensure consistent implementation of company guidelines. The role requires active engagement with customers, timely resolution of queries, and continuous monitoring of market trends to identify growth opportunities.
