Role Description The Tax Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role involves preparing individual and business tax returns, supporting US and international tax filings, and assisting with ongoing tax compliance activities. The Tax Associate will review financial records, reconcile data, and ensure all documentation aligns with applicable tax laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with senior tax professionals, responding to client queries, maintaining organized records, and staying current on tax law updates and filing requirements.



The role also supports internal process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in tax preparation and compliance services.
Qualifications

• Ability to handle core tax activities, including Tax Preparation and general Tax work.
• Knowledge of Tax Compliance processes and procedures for individuals and businesses.
• Understanding of Tax Law, including relevant US and international regulations.
• Foundational Finance skills to interpret financial statements and assess tax implications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team setting.
• Proficiency in common tax and accounting software; prior experience in a tax or accounting firm is an advantage.
