Role Overview
Motilal Oswal Financial Services is expanding its Private Client Group (PCG) in Mumbai and Pune. We are looking for high-performing Equity Advisors to drive trade execution, market advisory, and client portfolio growth while delivering a comprehensive suite of financial products to Super HNI clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Trade Execution & Order Placement: Efficiently place market orders on behalf of clients across asset classes.
• Advisory & AUM Penetration: Deliver strategic market advisory services and deepen AUM product penetration across existing and new accounts.
• Third-Party Product Cross-Selling: Drive cross-selling across third-party investment products including Insurance, Mutual Funds, PMS, SIPs, TGS, AIFs,
Bonds, FDs, Unlisted Shares, IAP, and other advisory solutions.
• Acquisition & Retention: Actively onboard new Super HNI clients and maintain strong long-term relationships through dedicated client meetings.
Candidate Profile
• Experience in Equity Advisory, Wealth Management, or Broking services.
• Robust understanding of capital markets, multi-asset products, and third-party financial instruments.
• Proven ability in client acquisition, relationship retention, and order execution.
