About the Role

JCB Salons is looking for an experienced,



commercially driven and customer-focused Senior Salon Manager to lead the overall business and operations of its premium salon at Palladium Mall, Lower Parel, Mumbai.

The role requires a strong understanding of the luxury salon and beauty industry, with a proven ability to drive revenue, achieve ambitious sales targets, increase average customer spending, build a loyal clientele and maximise the productivity of the salon team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the salon’s end-to-end performance, including revenue generation, client relationship management, team leadership, service excellence, operational efficiency and profitability. The position requires a proactive leader who can identify business opportunities, convert walk-ins and enquiries into bookings, encourage repeat visits and consistently deliver a premium customer experience.
