" Understand what we’re trying to build, help figure out what it needs and work with people to make it happen. "
This is your core direction.

About Disblur
Disblur Foundation is an early-stage organisation working to bring the human perspective of our world into focus. Through documentaries, interviews, publications, workshops and conversations, we explore different perspectives to encourage curiosity, learning and deeper understanding.
We’re building our team and ways of working, with room for you to contribute, learn and grow alongside us. Know more at disblur.com/foundation.

About the role

We’re looking for a curious, organised person who enjoys understanding ideas, connecting with people and figuring things out. You’ll work closely with our founder across the everyday work of building Disblur. Research, communication and coordination will be your starting points. As projects develop, you may also support production, events, applications, outreach and other activities we discover along the way.

An important part of the role is understanding the founder’s thinking and communicating it clearly to others. You’ll make calls, ask questions, explain ideas, follow up and bring back feedback so everyone understands what needs to happen next. You won’t be expected to know everything from the beginning. We’ll agree on priorities, provide guidance and develop your responsibilities around the organisation’s needs and your growing strengths.

What you’ll do

• Research and explore: Investigate questions, funding opportunities, government grants, organisations and potential collaborators. Check sources and turn findings into explicit, useful notes.
• Communicate with people: Make calls, write emails, arrange conversations and follow up. Help explain our ideas accurately and understand what others need from us.
• Support planning: Turn discussions into practical steps, organise tasks and keep track of decisions and deadlines.
• Keep the team connected: Gather updates, document
