Role Description The Senior Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen strategic partnerships for Maison d' Odin. This full time role is based in Bengaluru in a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, preparing and delivering client presentations, and negotiating commercial terms.



The role also involves conducting market analysis, developing go-to-market plans, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, and tracking performance against revenue and growth targets. The Senior Business Development Manager will mentor junior team members, contribute to process improvements, and represent the brand at industry events and client meetings.
