Role Description

a) Sales Planning & Strategy  Develop and recommend sales strategies to achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales targets,



including launch strategies for current projects.  Assign sales targets to the team and monitor achievement against defined KPIs.  Track and manage sales inventory through systems such as Farvision/Salesforce.  Interact directly with customers for sales closures and final negotiations.
b) Market Research & Analysis  Identify and appoint external agencies to conduct market research for prospective projects and deals.  Review market research methodologies and coordinate execution with external agencies.  Conduct macro-level market analysis including SWOT analysis, pricing trends, and competitor project assessment.  Oversee micro-level research such as consumer studies, profiling, and focus group discussions.  Validate market research reports provided by Business Development teams and provide regional and market specific inputs.
c) Channel Partner & Corporate Sales Management  Define processes and guidelines for the creation, on boarding, and management of channel partners and corporate sales setups.  Shortlist and empanel channel partners as p
