We’re looking for exceptional people who want to build real AI systems, work on real problems, and grow into Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs).
We build AI into how companies actually run. Five things going at once ?
• Banao — custom AI engineering for clients. 350+ of them, across India, GCC, US, UK. Running.
• InterviewGod — AI hiring platform. Live, in market, selling now.
• Vidya — AI learning and careers. Live, growing.
• Vikaas — GTM intelligence and sourcing. Early, moving fast.
• Axon — organisational memory for founders. Being built right now.

What you’ll do
You’ll work on Applied AI and AI-driven application development.

• Scalable engineering
• AI application development
• Client-facing problem solving

The goal:

Forward Deployed Engineer

You may work with enterprises across India, GCC, Europe and the US.

Who we’re looking for
We don’t care about your college, college tier, CGPA or where you interned.
We care about how you think and what you build.
We’re looking for people who:
• Challenge decisions instead of blindly accepting them
• Can defend their technical reasoning
• Have a solid build history
• Learn extremely fast
• Take ownership without waiting for instructions
• Know how to use AI/LLMs to close knowledge gaps
• Have fluent written and spoken English
You won’t know everything. Nobody applying will.
We’d rather take someone with 20% of the toolkit and the hunger to reach 100% than someone comfortable with 50%.

This is NOT for you if…
• You need constant mento
