Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to lead and manage sales operations in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to achieve business targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, conversion rates, productivity, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coach, motivate, and guide team members to improve sales performance and conversion ratios.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and sales training.
- Monitor calls and provide feedback to improve sales pitch, objection handling,



and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion and revenue generation.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports with management.
- Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to improve overall process performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
- Handle escalations and support the team in achieving business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant experience in BPO sales, preferably in a team-leading or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, team handling, and people management skills.
- Good understanding of sales metrics, conversion rates, revenue targets, and productivity KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
