Job Responsibilities

* Identify and approach potential B2B clients for digital marketing services.
* Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, WhatsApp, and networking.
* Research and connect with businesses in the event management, cafés and restaurants, wedding planning, fashion, and salon industries.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing packages.
* Present service proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.




* Follow up with prospects and maintain a record of leads, meetings, and sales conversions.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

Required Skills

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or client acquisition is preferred.
* Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
* Knowledge of digital marketing and social media services is an advantage.
* Confidence in pitching services and handling client objections.

Monthly Targets

* Revenue Target: ₹12 lakh per month for the assigned team or business unit, subject to confirmation.
* Generate qualified B2B leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
* Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve agreed sales targets.
