Role Description The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, and sheet metal fabrication services.



Day-to-day activities include identifying and developing current business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals, and negotiating contracts. The manager will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met, and to align marketing messages with technical capabilities. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, pricing strategy, brand positioning, and leading the sales and marketing team toward defined targets.
