Our teams work at the intersection of sales, strategy, and execution—empowering enterprise sellers to scale efficiently on platforms like Flipkart through data, tools, and deep marketplace expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end relationship management for key Flipkart seller accounts, setting growth targets and delivering measurable revenue upside.
• Drive strategic account planning—analyzing sales trends, category performance, and marketplace KPIs to identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Flipkart’s business development and category teams to align seller priorities with platform initiatives and promotions.
• Lead onboarding, training, and adoption of seller tools (e.g., Flipkart Seller Hub, FBA, advertising dashboards) to improve operational efficiency.
• Resolve escalation workflows, manage performance benchmarking,
and act as the single point of contact for high-priority seller issues.
• Prepare and present performance dashboards, ROI metrics, and growth forecasts to internal stakeholders and seller leadership.
