Key Responsibilities:

- Design implement and support ServiceNow ITOM Event Management solutions
- Configure Event Management Alert Correlation Alert Aggregation and Event Rules to reduce noise and improve operational visibility
- Integrate monitoring tools such as Splunk Dynatrace AppDynamics SolarWinds SCOM and Nagios with ServiceNow Event Management
- Configure and maintain MID Servers Discovery schedules and Service Mapping solutions
- Ensure accurate population and maintenance of CMDB data through Discovery and integration processes
- Develop custom event processing rules transform maps scripts and automation workflows
- Implement automated incident creation alert enrichment and remediation workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Troubleshoot event ingestion alert correlation CMDB and integration related issues
- Collaborate with infrastructure application cloud and operations teams to improve monitoring and service visibility




- Perform root cause analysis of recurring incidents and recommend proactive monitoring solutions
- Support platform upgrades patches and current feature implementations within the ITOM suite
- Create dashboards reports and operational metrics to track event management effectiveness
- Develop technical documentation SOPs and knowledge articles
- Follow ITIL best practices for Event Incident Problem and Change Management processes
