URGENT HIRING – HR EXECUTIVE (HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE)

Position: HR Executive

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 2–5 years
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare organization is mandatory
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a relevant field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR operations and basic computer applications

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records
- Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviews and onboarding
- Handle attendance, leave records and employee documentation
- Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing requirements
- Support payroll processing and employee data management
- Handle employee queries, grievances and HR-related concerns
- Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies and procedures




- Maintain joining formalities, personnel files and exit documentation

Candidate Profile

- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently
- Professional attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Prior exposure to hospital staffing and healthcare HR operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and current salary
