About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, strong attention to detail, and an interest in creating engaging visual content for digital platforms.

This is a great opportunity for a fresher or early-career designer looking to build hands-on experience while working on real-world branding, social media, marketing, and digital design projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create graphics and visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.

- Design social media posts, banners, creatives, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.

- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual communication.

- Develop creative concepts and design variations based on campaign requirements.

- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets.

- Stay updated with current design trends and digital content styles.

- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver designs within deadlines.

- Maintain organized design files and reusable creative assets.





Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in graphic designing; freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.

- Basic understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.

- Good understanding of social media design formats and digital creatives.

- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.

- Good communication and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics.

- Experience designing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media creatives.

- Knowledge of Figma.

- Understanding of current social media trends and visual content formats.

Education

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
