*Position: Bid Manager (HVAC & Refrigeration)*
*Location: Mahim*
*Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, or MEP industries.*
*Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.*
*Salary: Based on experience.*

*Key Responsibilities.*
✅ Manage the complete bid lifecycle from tender receipt to final submission and project handover.
✅ Prepare technical and commercial proposals for HVAC, Refrigeration, Ventilation, and MEP projects.
✅ Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams for bid development.
✅ Develop project cost estimates, pricing strategies,



cash flow forecasts, and risk assessments.
✅ Review BOQs, BOMs, vendor quotations, and subcontractor proposals.
✅ Prepare customer presentations, clarifications, and management approval documents.
✅ Support contract negotiations and ensure smooth project handover to execution teams
✅ Ensure compliance with quality standards and tender requirements.

️ *Required Skills & Competencies*
✅ Solid technical knowledge of HVAC, Refrigeration, and MEP systems.
✅ Expertise in tendering, estimation, costing, and proposal preparation.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
✅ Ability to handle multiple bids and work under tight deadlines
