Job Description: Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in frontend and backend development, API integration, database design, and cloud-based application development.

We are particularly interested in developers who actively leverage Claude and AI-powered development tools to build, enhance, and accelerate application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.

- Build intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, or Angular.

- Develop robust backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.

- Design, develop, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity.

- Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and external systems into applications.

- Build secure applications following best practices for authentication, authorization, data protection, and application security.

- Write clean, reusable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Work with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment processes.

- Use Claude, Claude Code, or similar AI-powered development tools to design, develop, debug, refactor, and accelerate application development. Demonstrate practical experience using AI tools in building real-world applications, not just for basic code suggestions.

- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.





- Take ownership of features from requirement analysis through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 6–8 years of professional experience in full stack application development.

- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, React.js, or Next.js.

- Solid backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, or an equivalent technology.

- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and working with microservices-based architectures.

- Positive knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.

- Hands-on experience with Git, automated testing, debugging, and CI/CD practices.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Understanding of application security, performance optimization, scalability, and software design principles.

- Practical experience using Claude or Claude Code to build applications, including AI-assisted coding, debugging, refactoring, feature development, or end-to-end product development.

- Ability to critically review AI-generated code and make sound engineering decisions.

- Solid problem-solving skills, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Valuable to Have

- Experience building AI-enabled applications or integrating LLM APIs.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool calling, and AI-assisted development workflows.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless technologies, or infrastructure automation.

- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and application monitoring tools.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
