HyrEzy Talent Solutions is a specialist recruitment firm partnering with product companies and funded startups across fintech, SaaS, AI and healthtech. We combine experienced recruiters with our own AI screening platform, Vantage Intelligence, to deliver well-assessed shortlists, fast.

As our mandate book grows, we are building a network of experienced freelance recruiters to work alongside our core team: flexible schedule, remote, and paid on every closure.

The requirements you will work on

All roles start at ₹20 LPA and go up to senior leadership, across Engineering, Product, Data/AI and Sales/Business functions.

Direct client mandates: roles from companies that work with HyrEzy directly, with detailed briefs, access to the hiring team through us, and quick feedback on profiles.

Marketplace mandates: selected high-value roles HyrEzy takes up through recruitment marketplaces and partner platforms. These are open mandates from established companies, chosen because they are worth closing.

Your role

Source and engage strong candidates for assigned mandates
Screen for real fit beyond keywords: depth of experience, CTC, notice period and motivation
Shortlist profiles through the HyrEzy platform with clear fit notes
Coordinate interviews and stay with candidates through offer and joining

Commercials

40% of the placement fee HyrEzy receives for every candidate you close: ₹65,000+ per closure on a ₹20 LPA role, and more on senior positions
Paid within 7 days of HyrEzy receiving payment from the client

Who we are looking for

3+ years of recruitment experience with an agency or in-house tech hiring team
A proven track record of closing roles at ₹20 LPA and above
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and job portals (Naukri, Instahyre, Hirist or similar)
The judgement to assess what a role really needs, and the communication skills to engage senior candidates
Availability of at least 4–5 hours a day on working days

Good to have

Hiring experience in fintech, SaaS or AI/ML
Experience with recruitment marketplace or vendor-platform requirements
Your own LinkedIn Recruiter or Naukri Resdex access
