*Job Overview:*

NeetDeep Group is urgently looking for a proactive *Senior HR Recruiter* in Ahmedabad to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical site roles. You will handle sourcing, screening, team coordination and onboarding to ensure vacancies are closed on time.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining.
- Source and screen technical and non-technical candidates.
- Handle recruitment for both *blue-collar and white-collar* positions.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.




- Work with Project/Site teams to understand and manage manpower requirements.
- Maintain the candidate database, recruitment records and interview trackers.
- Handle and maintain the manpower BOQ with vendors.
- Coordinate offers, salary negotiation and joining formalities.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
