Job Description – Service Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service of pharmaceutical machinery at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, commission, and maintain pharmaceutical machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and provide technical support to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective service delivery.
- Prepare service reports and maintain customer service records.
- Travel to customer locations as per business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2–5 years in machinery servicing or a related manufacturing industry.
- Solid troubleshooting, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for domestic and international service assignments.
