Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations, ensure accurate documentation, coordinate with internal teams and transporters, and support timely delivery of finished goods to customers. Key Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate daily dispatches according to customer orders and delivery schedules. • Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists and transport/LR documents, as applicable. • Coordinate with production, stores/warehouse, sales and transporters to ensure material is ready and vehicles are arranged on time. • Verify item codes, quantities, packing, labels and customer-specific dispatch requirements before shipment. • Update dispatch records, shipment status and daily MIS reports using Excel and the company ERP/SAP system, where applicable. • Track vehicle movement and delivery status; communicate delays or dispatch issues to relevant teams. • Maintain organized dispatch documentation and support stock reconciliation when required.



• Follow company procedures and applicable safety, quality, GST and statutory documentation requirements. Required Skills • Working knowledge of dispatch operations, logistics coordination and shipment documentation. • Basic understanding of GST invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, packing lists and LR/transport documents. • Proficiency in MS Excel and maintaining dispatch reports/MIS. • Exposure to ERP/SAP or other inventory/dispatch software is preferred. • Good coordination and communication skills to work with production, warehouse, sales and transport teams. • Solid attention to detail, time management and problem-solving ability. Requirements • B.Com qualification with 2–4 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics or shipping operations. • Experience in a manufacturing or automotive/auto-components environment is preferred. • Ability to verify dispatch quantities and documentation accurately and meet delivery timelines. • Organized, responsible and able to manage multiple dispatches in a fast-paced environment.
