Role Overview
We are hiring a Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims. The role combines investigative rigor with empathetic communication — moving claims to resolution efficiently and fairly.

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate claims by reviewing documentation, conducting interviews, and gathering evidence
- Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages against policy terms
- Negotiate and settle claims within authority limits
- Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, and third-party experts as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely claim file documentation
- Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations and unfair claims practices

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Active adjuster license in your jurisdiction
- 2+ years in claims adjusting (auto, property, casualty, or workers' comp)




- Strong investigative and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including negotiation
- Familiarity with claims management systems (Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with solid file documentation discipline
