Role Description The Business Development Executive – IT Bidding & High-Ticket Lead Generation role is a contract position in a hybrid work model based in India, with flexibility for partial work from home.



This role involves identifying and qualifying high-ticket leads for IT and SaaS solutions across domestic and international markets. The Business Development Executive will manage end-to-end bidding activities on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other tender or RFP portals, including proposal creation, pricing coordination, and timely submission. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospects through email, calls, and professional networks, nurturing relationships, and maintaining a structured sales pipeline. The role also includes collaborating with technical and product teams to align client requirements, preparing sales presentations, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
