About the Role
This is not a conventional 9-to-5 job.
We are looking for hustlers, problem-solvers, and ambitious generalists who think like founders, take complete ownership, and thrive in rapid-paced, high-pressure environments.
As a Founder's Office Associate, you will work directly with leadership across business strategy, operations, growth, expansion, customer experience, fundraising, and special projects.
There are no rigid departmental boundaries here. You will be expected to solve problems, drive execution, and take initiatives from idea to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Work closely with leadership on business expansion, growth opportunities,
partnerships, and special projects.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, solve complex business problems, and implement scalable solutions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, financial assessments, and business feasibility studies.
• Build management presentations, dashboards, MIS reports, business plans, and execution frameworks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Leverage AI and automation to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and build smarter business processes.
