Role Description The Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Malappuram. In this role, the Sales Officer will engage with prospective customers, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information about projects, amenities, and pricing. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting site visits, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.



The Sales Officer will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations, support channel partners, and help drive bookings and revenue. The role also involves building lasting relationships with customers through professional service and explicit communication.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle client interactions professionally and clearly.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, follow up on inquiries, and support the full sales cycle.
