About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, confident, and communication-focused Collaboration Manager & Creator Personal Manager who can manage international and domestic collaborations, coordinate with clients and creators, and provide personal and administrative support to creators/management.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a professional understanding of finance and commercial discussions, and previous experience in creator management, personal assistance, executive assistance, or secretarial roles.

Key Responsibilities

International & Domestic Collaborations

* Identify and approach international and domestic brands, clients, creators, agencies, and business partners for collaboration opportunities.

* Handle end-to-end collaboration discussions, from initial outreach to negotiation and closure.

* Communicate professionally with international clients through email, calls, WhatsApp, Zoom, and other platforms.

* Understand international client requirements, deliverables, timelines, and commercial expectations.





* Coordinate contracts, proposals, invoices, payments, deliverables, and follow-ups.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and collaboration partners.

* Research potential brands, creators, agencies, and business opportunities across international markets.

Creator / Personal Manager Responsibilities

* Act as the primary point of contact for the creator and coordinate day-to-day skilled activities.

* Manage meetings, calls, appointments, schedules, travel plans, events, and important commitments.

* Coordinate with brands, agencies, clients, production teams, and other stakeholders on behalf of the creator.

* Maintain calendars, task lists, reminders, documents, and important communication.

* Ensure that commitments, deadlines, meetings, and deliverables are completed on time.
