About the Role

We are looking for a Copywriter Trainee who is creative, curious, and passionate about words and storytelling. This is a 3-month paid traineeship designed for individuals looking to build practical experience in copywriting, content creation, and brand communication.
During the traineeship, you will work closely with the creative and marketing teams on real projects and campaigns. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, creativity, ownership, and consistency during the traineeship may be considered for conversion to a full-time Copywriter role.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and creative copy for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, emails, and other marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts, headlines, taglines, captions, and campaign messaging.
• Understand brand tone, target audiences, and communication objectives.




• Research relevant topics, trends, competitors, and audience interests to develop effective content.
• Work with designers, marketers, and other team members to bring creative ideas to life.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, and consistency.
• Adapt copy for different platforms and audiences.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.
• Take feedback positively and make revisions based on creative and business requirements.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice across different communication channels.
