Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based at OPB Precitech Industries’ new plant in Faridabad. The role involves supporting daily production operations, coordinating with engineering and quality teams,



and ensuring that manufacturing processes meet safety and quality standards. Responsibilities may include supervising or executing machining and fabrication work, monitoring equipment and materials, maintaining documentation for compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow established procedures and certifications, and help maintain operational efficiency and timely delivery for customer orders.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of machining, fabrication processes, or industrial manufacturing operations, preferably involving GMAW and GTAW.
• Knowledge of quality systems or standards (e.g., ISO, IATF) and ability to follow safety and compliance procedures.
• Basic technical skills in reading engineering drawings, using measuring instruments, and working with production documentation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production,
