nAdministrative Operations:
N
- n
- Manage and oversee daily administrative and office operations. N
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation (physical and digital). N
- Coordinate internal communication between departments. N
- Ensure office supplies,equipment, and facilities are well maintained. N

nCoordination & Support:
N
- n
- Provide administrative support to management and departmental teams. N
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes when required. N
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and office events. N
- Act as a point of contact for internal staff and external vendors. N
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential documents. N
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments. N
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.G. letters,



emails and packages). N
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned. N
- Arrange travel and accommodations for officers. N

nCompliance& Documentation:

- n
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and administrative standards. N
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official correspondence. N
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records. N

nKey skills:

- n
- Work experience as an Administrative Officer or Secretarial role. N
- Valuable communication of English. N
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. N
- Good knowledge of office procedures. N
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically). N
- Strong problem-solving attitude. N
- Attention to detail andability to handle multiple assignments. N
