We‘ve shipped an initial product, have revenue traction, and are now building the growth engine that will take 8loop from early adopters → mainstream adoption.

We‘re looking for our first core sales hire — someone who wants to open doors, build relationships, and create the outbound engine that fuels our growth.

Why this role matters

This is not a ‘dial 100 numbers a day‘ role.

/n

This is consultative selling, category education, and pipeline creation at the earliest stage.

/n

You will be the first voice prospects hear from 8loop, qualifying leads, educating the market on AI voice agents, and building the foundation of a predictable sales engine.

What you‘ll do

/n

/n

Build & manage outbound pipeline

/n

• Research and identify target accounts in BFSI, healthcare, hospitality, and real estate

/n

• Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha,



and other tools

/n

• Execute multi-channel outreach: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages

/n

• Qualify inbound leads and route them to appropriate next steps

/n

Run discovery & qualification

/n

• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand pain points and buying intent

/n

• Use BANT/MEDDIC frameworks to qualify opportunities

/n

• Hand off qualified leads to founders/AEs with detailed notes

/n

• Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking

/n

Educate the market

/n

• Articulate 8loop‘s value proposition clearly across different ICPs

/n

• Handle objections around AI adoption, automation risks, and ROI

/n

• Share relevant case studies, demos, and resources with prospects

/n

Iterate on outreach strategy

/n

• A/B test messaging, subject lines, and sequences

/n

• Share feedback from the field to improve positioning and collateral

/n

• Collaborate with marketin
