As a Membership Growth Consultant, you will connect with businesses, introduce them to the BXI membership chance and drive new member acquisitions. This opportunity is ideal for professionals returning to the corporate world, experienced sales professionals, freelancers, independent professionals or well-networked individuals.

▌ WHAT YOU'LL DO





• Identify and connect with potential businesses and decision-makers within your network and market

• Generate qualified leads and closure and build meaningful business conversations

• Present the BXI membership proposition and drive membership closures

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective members

• Work towards an agreed monthly membership target

• Maintain daily activity and sales updates through the company's designated system

▌ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, client servicing, networking or a corporate/startup environment

• Dedicate 5 hours in a day or 30 hours a week

• Strong professional and personal network with the ability to build new connections

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Confident in interacting with business owners and senior decision-makers

• Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

• Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working independently
