Job Description Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process review sessions
Create wireframes and mockups for business stakeholders
Serve as liaison between business users and software development teams
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
Perform gap analyses and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Create and maintain process maps, workflows, business rules, and supporting documentation
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Track defects and validate delivered functionality
Partner with risk, compliance, audit, and treasury teams on controls and regulatory requirements
Support training, change management, and feature rollouts
Provide status updates and business impact assessments to stakeholders Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications
Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements
Solid SDLC knowledge
Agile/Scrum experience
Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Process mapping and workflow analysis experience
UAT planning and execution
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with Jira
Experience creating functional requirements documentation
Familiarity with wireframing tools such as Figma




Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Banking, treasury management, financial services, or payment processing experience
Wire transfer application experience
Knowledge of domestic and international wire workflows
Experience supporting approval-based workflow applications
Regulatory, audit, and compliance knowledge within financial services
Experience working with .NET development teams
Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence experience
SQL querying and data analysis
API and system integration knowledge
Visio or Lucidchart experience
Reporting and dashboard tool experience
