We are looking for a hands-on Business Operations & Growth Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day execution and help build the business systematically. This is not a traditional corporate management role.



We are looking for someone who enjoys building, selling, coordinating and solving problems. Key responsibilities 1. Business Operations Manage day-to-day business activities and priorities. Maintain CRM, reports, pipelines and follow-ups. Coordinate internal team members and external partners. Identify operational gaps and ensure timely resolution. Establish easy SOPs and repeatable processes. 2. Developer & Project Partnerships Identify and approach builders/developers. Build relationships with project sales teams. Onboard suitable projects onto the platform. Coordinate project information, inventory and marketing requirements. Maintain ongoing developer relationships.
